These Terms and Conditions govern your use of FreshTech Community's services and website. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
About FreshTech Community
FreshTech Community (ABN: 24 323 535 176) is a Melbourne-based business building Alice App for Australian tradespeople and local service businesses.

Current Alice App model
FreshTech now starts with Alice App. The booking diary is free to try. Optional modules such as Alice Voice, Alice Chat, Health Check and Social Copilot can be turned on or off inside Alice App.
Legacy website clients remain on the written terms agreed at the time they purchased. Legacy product names and payment links are not the default sales path for new customers.
Services and pricing
Current public services are:
- Alice Booking Diary: free to try inside Alice App.
- Alice Chat: optional AI chat module for customer questions, summaries and booking capture.
- Alice Voice: optional AI voice module for missed calls, call summaries, transcripts and callback drafts.
- Health Check and Social Copilot: optional modules for website checks and owner content support.
Optional module pricing and controls are shown inside Alice App or confirmed in writing by FreshTech before payment.
Payments
Paid modules, setup work and ongoing subscriptions may be processed via Stripe or inside Alice App. By providing payment details, you authorise FreshTech Community to charge the applicable fees that were shown or confirmed before payment.
Ongoing subscriptions are charged in advance according to the module or written agreement selected. You will receive a receipt by email or through the payment provider.
Cancellation
You may cancel paid Alice modules at any time with no penalty. On cancellation:
- You keep access to free or unpaid parts of Alice App where available.
- Paid modules stop at the end of the current billing period unless FreshTech confirms otherwise in writing.
- Legacy website or domain arrangements continue under the written terms agreed for that client.

Domain registration
Where FreshTech Community registers a domain name on your behalf, the domain is registered in your name and belongs to you. Domain renewal terms depend on the written website or domain agreement for that client.
What we deliver
We provide Alice App access and any selected modules to the standard shown or described before purchase. Where website or domain work is agreed separately, that work will follow the written scope for that client. FreshTech Community may use third-party platforms and tools and does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any third-party service.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about your business
- Ensuring any content you supply (photos, text) does not infringe third-party rights
- Maintaining your subscription payments to keep your website live
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the business information, photos and content you provide to FreshTech. FreshTech Community retains ownership of its software, templates, automations and internal systems unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, FreshTech Community's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of business, or third-party platform outages.
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Victorian courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Active clients will be notified by email before significant changes take effect.
