Jason founded FreshTech Community in Melbourne after seeing how much time and money local businesses lose through missed calls, scattered admin and reliance on overseas platforms. He leads the direction of Alice Booking Diary, turning real business problems into practical tools that help Australian operators stay organised, win more work and keep more of what they earn.

Travis helps turn the FreshTech mission into working features. He develops and tests the everyday flows businesses depend on — from calls and bookings to customer records, payments and follow-up. His focus is finding the small problems that cause lost time or missed work, then making Alice reliable, straightforward and useful in the real world.

Julia tests Alice from the customer’s point of view. She follows each experience from the first enquiry through booking, payment, receipt and follow-up, checking that every step feels clear and human.
