Starting with Alice
The Alice booking diary is free to start. Optional paid modules are shown before activation or confirmed in writing by FreshTech before payment.
Billing and paid modules
FreshTech charges businesses only for FreshTech products and Alice subscriptions. Paid modules, pricing and billing frequency are shown before purchase or confirmed in writing.
FreshTech does not hold or pool customer funds. If Alice later facilitates payments between a business and its customer, those payments are processed through the connected payment provider under that provider's terms.
Cancellations and refunds
Customers can cancel paid Alice modules according to the published terms. Refund handling is described in the refund policy.

Privacy and customer data
Alice may store bookings, customer details, chat messages, call summaries and business settings inside the business workspace. FreshTech handles that information to provide the service and does not sell personal information.
