Billing and paid modules
FreshTech charges businesses only for FreshTech products and Alice Booking Diary subscriptions. Paid modules, pricing and billing frequency are shown before purchase or confirmed in writing.
FreshTech does not hold or pool customer funds. If Alice Booking Diary later facilitates payments between a business and its customer, those payments are processed through the connected payment provider under that provider's terms.
Cancellations and refunds
Customers can cancel paid Alice Booking Diary modules according to the published terms. Refund handling is described in the refund policy.
