Our promise

Alice App starts with a free booking diary. Optional paid modules or setup work are only charged after the price or scope is shown or confirmed.

Before payment - no charge for the free booking diary

You can try the Alice booking diary without paying for optional AI modules. If FreshTech offers separate preview website work in writing, you owe nothing before approving the quoted paid step.

Paid setup work and modules

Paid setup work or modules are charged only after the price, scope or in-app option is shown or confirmed. Because setup work and live modules can involve immediate operational work, refunds are assessed case by case except where Australian Consumer Law requires a remedy.

  • We will refund duplicate charges caused by technical error.
  • We will assess refunds where FreshTech fails to deliver a paid setup item materially as described.
  • We do not refund free booking diary use because no payment is taken for that free starting point.

Monthly / annual subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time. On cancellation:

  • You will not be charged for the next billing period.
  • We do not provide refunds for the current billing period (monthly or annual) that has already been charged.
  • Exception: if you cancel within 24 hours of a renewal charge, we will refund that renewal in full.

Domain names

Domain registration fees are non-refundable once a domain has been registered, as these costs are passed directly to the domain registrar. If you cancel your service, your domain remains registered in your name until its expiry date.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a service is not provided with due care and skill, or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.
